As we celebrate the third anniversary of Legacy Food Group, I’m proud to reflect on how much we have accomplished together and even more excited about what lies ahead.
Three years ago, we set out with a clear vision: to build a different kind of foodservice organization, one that gives strong independent distributors the opportunity to preserve what makes them special while gaining the resources, relationships, and collective strength to grow. Today, that vision continues to take shape across our family of companies.
This past year marked another important chapter in our growth as we welcomed Duva Distributors to Legacy Food Group. With six operating Divisions now working together, our reach, capabilities, and collective strength continue to expand, but our philosophy remains unchanged. Each company brings its own history, people, culture, and reputation to LFG, and preserving those individual legacies remains at the heart of who we are. At the same time, we are finding more ways to harness the strength of the larger organization.
We continue to strengthen the resources behind our Divisions, invest in our people and capabilities, deepen our supplier relationships, and identify new ways to create value for our customers. The progress we have made over these first three years is a testament to the talented people throughout our organization and the shared belief that independent foodservice distribution has an incredibly strong future.
Thank you to our employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and friends who continue to be part of the Legacy Food Group story. Three years in, we are proud of how far we have come, we believe we are still in the early chapters of what Legacy Food Group can become.
