As we celebrate our second anniversary at Legacy Food Group, it’s remarkable to see how far we’ve come in such a brief time. What began as a bold vision has grown into a thriving enterprise—one that’s proudly helping shape the future of independent foodservice distribution.
In just two years, we’ve welcomed six outstanding companies into our family, each one entrusting us to continue their legacies and help strengthen the communities we serve. Together with Best Mexican Foods, Halsey Foodservice, Keck’s Food Service, M&V Provisions, and Thomsen Foodservice, Inc. (with D’Andrea Foods joining Thomsen), our network of companies continues to expand in reach and impact.
And our support organization has grown as well. The LFG Heritage Team in Richmond is now home to a world-class group of seventeen professionals who bring passion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to our mission. Their dedication, alongside our distributor partners and supplier network, fuels everything we do.
Looking ahead, we are energized by the opportunities in front of us: helping our companies create even more value, strengthening relationships with our suppliers, and delivering unmatched service to our customers. Most importantly, we remain focused on honoring local recognition, heritage, and reputation while building a stronger collective future.
