Steve Push serves as Executive Chairman of Legacy Food Group, a holding company that was created as a platform upon which to purchase and manage mid-tier foodservice distributors. Push is responsible for strategic leadership, new deal origination and industry involvement.
Prior to Legacy Food Group, Push served as CEO and Chairman of Legacy Foodservice Alliance, LLC, a supply chain alliance which facilitated commerce between Independent Foodservice Distributor Members and select Supplier and Manufacturer Members. LFA was comprised of approximately 170 Distributor Member locations, and approximately six hundred Supplier Members. Push founded Legacy Foodservice Alliance in Glen Allen, VA in late 2009.
Prior to LFA, Push served in a variety of senior management roles at Pocahontas Foods USA – Progressive Group Alliance from 1983-2009. Responsibilities there included Vice President of Sales – Eastern Division, VP/EVP/President of Distributor Development, and Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing.
Before joining Pocahontas, from 1978 – 1983, Push served as a Regional Sales Manager/Account Executive for Institutional Distributors, Inc., which, at that time, was an ID Top Fifty Distributor headquartered in East Bernstadt, KY.
During and after college, Push served in operations and as a Foodservice Director for Saga Foodservice – Educational Division, for various college feeding programs in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Push attended the University of Kentucky, and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, with a B.S. Degree in Food Management.
Away from work, Push enjoys his time at The Dominion Club near his home in Richmond, is a lifelong animal lover, and (knowing his heritage), is a huge college basketball fan.

John is responsible for leading operational activities at the holding company and working with acquired companies to facilitate maximizing synergies and expansion of their local businesses. Previously, John was Region President, Sysco South Texas. John became responsible for sites in Houston and New Braunfels on March 1, 2021. Beginning in October 2018, John was responsible for Sysco Oklahoma which later expanded to the Red River Region, that included Oklahoma and Arkansas. Prior to his role in Oklahoma, John was the General Manager for Gordon Food Service – Texas Division from 2014 to 2018 and had two key senior roles with the predecessor company, Glazier Foods. John was President from 2010 to 2014 and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2010. Before his career in foodservice, John spent over 12 years in the banking industry.
John holds an MBA and BBA in Finance from Baylor University. John has in-depth experience in wholesale distribution, supply chain, logistics, finance, real estate development and change management. John has also contributed to numerous industry and charitable organizations over his career. John and his wife Wendy reside in Richmond, Virginia.

Laurie is the Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Food Group and brings extensive financial leadership to our team. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Liquid Environmental Solutions (June 2021 to June 2024).
Prior to these roles, she served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller of UGI Corporation and held various financial roles at AmeriGas Propane, Inc., a subsidiary of UGI. Prior to that, Laurie was Financial Analysis Specialist and a Disbursement Operations Manager at CIGNA Corporation.
Laurie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and master of business administration from Temple University and completed Stanford University Graduate School’s Executive Education – The Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial leadership Program.
Laurie is Board Director at QNB Corporation and Board Director and Audit Committee chair for Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. and is a member of the Global Board of Directors of the Institute of Managements Accounts. She is a member of the Temple University Accounting Advisory Board. Laurie is also passionate about the development and advancement of women throughout the region and has served as Executive Board Member, Vice Chair and Treasurer of POWER of Professional Women. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Forum of Executive Women. Laurie resides in West Chester, PA.

Troy Small is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Legacy Food Group, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in marketing, merchandising, and supply chain management. Since joining Legacy Food Group in January 2024, Troy has been instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes.
Troy’s career is marked by his ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, identify market opportunities, and create winning brands. He is known for his innovative approach and strategic vision, consistently leading teams to achieve results.
Based in Houston, Texas, Troy enjoys exploring the vibrant culinary scene, staying active through cycling and running, and delving into biographies. Most importantly, he loves spending quality time with his family, including his wife and their two kids.

Tim is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and people-centered workplace. With a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee performance, and organizational culture, Tim’s focus is to ensure that the company attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent by creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources and business development in the food service industry, Tim has a proven track record of implementing innovative programs that drive employee engagement and business performance. His expertise spans workforce planning, performance management, and HR technology integration.
Tim has most recently owned Envision Strategic Solutions in Grand Rapids, Michigan, since 2019. His firm focused on strategic analysis, planning, and execution of HR systems and processes and has also served as a Fractional HR Director in the restaurant industry.
For over 28 years, Tim held several roles at Gordon Food Service including HR Senior Manager, Talent Management Director, Business Partner HR Director, Total Rewards and Employee Relations Director, and Sales Representative. His responsibilities ranged from leading HR Shared Service teams and driving talent management strategies to managing benefits for over 4,000 employees.
Tim holds a degree in Marketing from Grand Valley State University, has served on multiple non-profit boards, and obtained his SPHR from SHRM. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan and enjoys spending time with his wife and family, skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Based in Richmond, VA, Tori is an active member of the Junior League of Richmond. Outside of work and volunteering, she can be found spending time with friends, on the golf course or tennis court, or enjoying needlepoint. Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Art History from Randolph-Macon College (Go Yellow Jackets!) and a Master of Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ashley brings over 7 years of finance leadership to Legacy Food Group, supporting the company’s financial reporting, systems integration, and post‑acquisition onboarding for new operating divisions. She holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Western Governors University. She is completing the requirements for CPA licensure in Virginia.
Before joining the food service sector, Ashley led accounting teams in the insurance and staffing industries, where she built scalable processes and navigated complex M&A integrations. That cross‑industry perspective and her talent for translating numbers into operational insight help Legacy Food Group deliver seamless financial controls and data consistency that fuel profitable growth.
Ashley recharges on hiking trails outside the office, at the lake, or around a campfire with her husband and four children. A lifelong “numbers nerd,” she also indulges a passion for textile design. She never passes up the chance to admire a bold fabric pattern.

Throughout her career, Katrina has cultivated an expertise in accounting, audit, financial reporting, and business management. Her comprehensive skill set extends to human resources, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective that enhances her contributions to the organization.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Katrina is deeply committed to community service. She actively serves on the board of a local non-profit organization in Southside Virginia known as S.C.O.R.E. (Setting Children on the Road to Empowerment). Through her involvement with S.C.O.R.E., Katrina dedicates her time and skills to empower children and families in her community, reflecting her belief in the importance of giving back and creating opportunities for others.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Katrina enjoys hobbies that complement her vibrant personality. Pavle is a Systems Engineer at Legacy Food Group, and brings over 10 years of varied technical experience to the team. He is responsible for handling day to day technical operations, as well as modernization efforts. He is an avid problem solver that excels at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical resources. Pavle comes to Legacy Food Group from the United Network for Organ Sharing, where he served as an Infrastructure Engineer, providing technical ownership for multiple critical systems. He focuses on maximizing solutions and security, while minimizing costs and technical debt.
When he isn’t in the Richmond office, he can be found out by the river, biking, or reading a good book. He also indulges in many nerdy hobbies such as hosting a weekly Magic the Gathering game night.
